Extremely hard-to-get thermostat housing for the EA81 engine, suitable for standard Subaru Brumby engines without power steering.
The factory EA81 thermostat housing has been discontinued for some time and is well known for corrosion and coolant leaks. This kit replaces it with a durable cast aluminium housing, providing a long-term solution.
Because the thermostat should be replaced as part of regular cooling system maintenance, this kit includes a new thermostat and mounting gasket. This allows the thermostat housing, gasket, and thermostat to be replaced together, which we highly recommend doing at the same time to avoid repeat labour and future cooling issues.
A proper, do-it-once repair.
